The Yacht Hotel impressed me from the moment I walked into its stunning lobby. The modern design was inviting, and everything felt fresh and luxurious. My room on the 19th floor, a Deluxe King Room, was spacious and had a lovely view of Ha Long Bay. The bed was comfortable, even if a tad firm for my liking. I especially enjoyed the rain shower. the water pressure was fantastic. Room service was a highlight, with beautifully presented and delicious meals that never disappointed. The breakfast at the Fern Restaurant offered a great selection, and I loved the cakes in the lobby. The staff were exceptional, promptly addressing all of my requests and even assisting during an emergency situation. On the downside, the location felt isolated. there weren't many activities in the area. It's worth noting that the pool was closed on Mondays, limiting options for relaxation.

the yacht hotel was unreal! our deluxe double room with balcony was spacious and comfy. brekkie had a great selection and tasted amazin. we loved chillin by the pool with hardly anyone else around!

This hotel experience was unbelievable! The staff was really good, helping us with every little request, even surprising us with a complimentary honeymoon cake during our anniversary celebration. The spa was a game changer, offering an amazing massage that left us floating on clouds of relaxation.

It wasn't the cheapest option around but honestly, worth every penny.

We had such a lovely time here! The staff were sooo friendly, and the spa was like a little slice of heaven! The balcony view from our room was just breathtaking, seriously Instagrammable. Only thing, it’s a bit of a hike up to the hotel, so be ready to climb those stairs!
